Social media often gets a bad rap, but my journey has been deeply comforting. By creating safe spaces online to discuss the things we don’t usually talk about, we normalise difficult conversations and validate emotions. I believe this is key to building communities online—creating spaces where you can be authentically yourself, while allowing others to do the same.
